Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Concrete Alternatives website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Concrete Alternatives provides custom concrete design and installation services including countertops, sinks, fireplaces, tables, and other architectural concrete features. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Concrete Alternatives.

Project Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are:

  • Based on information provided by the client
  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
  • Subject to site inspection and final measurements
  • May be adjusted based on material costs and project scope changes

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project contracts and typically include:

  • Deposit required to commence work
  • Progress payments based on project milestones
  • Final payment due upon project completion

Custom Work and Materials

All concrete work is custom-made to order. Due to the nature of concrete and handcrafted work, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are expected and are part of the unique character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.

Installation and Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including weather, material availability, and site conditions. We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.

Warranty

Concrete Alternatives stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be specified in individual project contracts and typically cover defects in workmanship. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage from misuse are not covered.

Cancellations and Changes

Once work has commenced, cancellations may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed. Changes to project scope may affect pricing and timelines and must be approved in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Concrete Alternatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Concrete Alternatives and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Montana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
